Processing Times

All in-stock orders are typically processed within:

• Normal periods: 1-2 business days
• Peak periods: 3-5 business days (during sales, new collection launches)

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Pottsville, Northern Rivers, Australia.

Shipping Methods

Australia Post

All packages are shipped via Australia Post with:

• Tracking included on all orders
• Signature on delivery (default)
• "Safe drop" option available upon request

Please Note: If you select the "safe drop" option, this is done at your own risk. Vibe 'N Style will not be liable for missing packages where this option was selected.

Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT: 3-4 business days
• WA, NT, TAS: 5-7 business days
• Rural/Regional Areas: Add 1-2 additional days

Express Shipping

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• QLD, NSW, SA, VIC, ACT: Next business day*
• WA, NT, TAS: 2 business days*
• Rural/Regional Areas: Add 1-2 additional days

*Please Note: These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur that are outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), delivery times may be longer than usual.

International Shipping

Currently, Vibe 'N Style only ships within Australia.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
• Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150 AUD

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
